Honestly? I get it more than you know.
I've spent 17 years working in childcare, 10 of those as a Norland Nanny and Norland Night Nanny, and I've sat with so many exhausted families at 3am wondering how they're going to get through the next day.
When you tell me you're exhausted, I don't just sympathise. I genuinely understand what that looks like behind closed doors, in the middle of the night, when nobody else is watching.

Right, so before anything else happens, I'll ask you to log a few days of sleep. Not because I love paperwork (I don't!) but because it gives me a really clear picture of what's actually going on. Your plan will be built entirely around your little one's real patterns
1:1 Consultation and Sleep Plan
This is where it all comes together. A 60 minute call where we go through everything. Your baby's temperament, their routine, your family's lifestyle, and what matters to you as a parent. I'll then send everything over in a bespoke PDF plan made specifically for your little one.
And if you're local to Gloucestershire/ Cotswolds and would rather meet over a cuppa in person, I'm more than happy to come to you
Ongoing Support
Three weeks of daily WhatsApp support via messages and voice notes in a group chat with both parents and anyone from the wider family who wants to be involved.
You log your nights and naps, I keep a close eye on how things are going, spot patterns early, and tweak things quickly before they become a problem
